  • Exquisite taste and quality that embodies the essence of crab.




Stuffed Crab shell– Ginko nut and burdock with minced prawn and crab meat

  • Crispy Panco topping, with a stuffing of tasty hokkaido crab and prawn.
  • Ginko nut and burdock add an interesting texture and helps break up the taste of crab.
  • Very generous portions that barely left enough room for the Steak!


KOBE Steak

  • lightly grilled on the outside and extremely tender inside
  • This medium-rare piece of steak, though not big, speaks volumes.
  • Melt-in-your mouth without being too greasy and still full of Beefy flavor.



Miso Soup with Crab

  • Crabby, yet not too overpowering, the light taste of miso elevates the crab taste.
